NEED RUSH SERVICE?
When rush service is needed for getting prints done by a certain time, usually less than our normal production time, contact us directly for pricing. The rush pricing is based on our counter prices plus a rush service fee which is normally a minimum of +20% added. Depending on the complexity of the order, the rush fee may be greater. For exact pricing on your rush project, call first before placing your order. If you do use the lifepics order system to place your rush order, your rush service adjusted price will be charged at the time of pickup.
Normal Lab Hours:
If there are special instructions for your images that need to be attended to by lab personnel, use email@example.com to send the photo(s) via email. Please include specific instructions and full contact information (First and Last name, phone, email). Once we receive your request, we will contact you to go over the instructions and cost before your order is processed. Please note that any special requests may incur additional costs. Please call before placing your order if you need the specific costs involved with your request.

Service time applies only to orders placed by the customer through the website portal that do not need to be mailed. It is an approximate service time, not a promised service time. Please call the lab if you have time requirements on your orders before placing your order. Modifications to orders after they are placed are charged at counter prices. Rapid Photo reserves the right to cancel and refund an order placed for any reason.
Emailing, texting, or sharing* photos to us to print is accepted but is more expensive than using the automated Lifepics service or our regular counter prices. Our photo text number is 5709951137. Our photo email is firstname.lastname@example.org. From an I-phone email is preferred - be sure to send in the largest, or 'actual size' for best results. Minimum order cost for texting/emailing is 1.99. For exact pricing please call us at 570-586-1555.
For quantity emailing of photos, consider sharing a googledrive folder. We no longer accept dropbox as a method for receiving orders. Share googledrive files to email@example.com
Return or corrections must be completed within 7 days of date order is placed.
Please use the
option if the online software requires selection of none, auto, or manual crop option.
Wondering if we are open during bad weather? Text to 570-995-1137 and ask before making the trek. We are most likely open, but it never hurts to ask.

We are currently at nominal production times of about 2-4 hours for most print orders. Orders can be picked up in store (mask currently required) or can be arranged for pickup from our pickup box outside the building - just note on your order in the comments section if you prefer box pickup.
