Service time applies only to orders placed by the customer through the website portal that do not need to be mailed. It is an approximate service time, not a promised service time. Please call the lab if you have time requirements on your orders before placing your order. Modifications to orders after they are placed are charged at counter prices. Rapid Photo reserves the right to cancel and refund an order placed for any reason. An order is considered RUSH with a minimum rush charge of $5.00 or 20% of order if needed within 2 hours. Latest rush request: Order must be submitted before 3pm on any business day.
